CleanCo ”The Builders Clean Specialists‘’ was founded in 2015 by Jessica-Tyne Gibbs, the company’s sole director. The company initially started out as a sole trader; however, in the initial stages we provided a variety of services to many sectors, but due to much success within the construction we decided to become a specialised service in 2019. we now have a large client database which we are eager to expand.
Currently holding SSIP member accreditations with SMAS and Constructionline, and aiming to gain more in the near future.
What We Do?
We undertake specialised cleaning services within the construction industry from 2/4 stage post-builders clean on residential developments and commercial fit-outs, which often lead to a lot of mess, this is where our specialist knowledge and expertise come in, our fully trained team can undertake any requirement required by our clients and pride ourselves on delivering the best service.
Within our services, we aim to provide trained operatives who follow procedures set out by us, this is what our business has been built on. Throughout our time within the industry we have gained a fantastic reputation and commit to providing a great service at affordable prices.

The Team
Our reliable, friendly team are on hand to take care of your cleaning requirements on-site, they are trained to the highest standard and have good knowledge of the health & safety standards required on construction sites
All staff wear the relevant personal protective equipment.
Each member of staff are fully qualified in the work they undertake.
They understand their statutory duties and co-operate fully in all matters.
They conduct themselves accordingly whilst on-site under all circumstances
Directors Information
The company was incorporated Jessica-tyne Gibbs is the Owner and Sole Director, she was appointed the role following the company’s incorporation. Initially starting out trading as a sole trader based in Surrey, Jessica grew the business and moved to her hometown in Birmingham where the company now trades from.
Jessica comes from a sales background with 10 years of experience in the industry, she has also held various cleaning jobs on the side. With 15 years of cleaning knowledge and experience within the industry, her strengths have contributed to the success of the company and she will continue to use these strengths to push the business forward.
